Technical Customer Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Identifying customer requirements, addressing inquiries, or resolving issues related to SSL, servers, and/or relational databases.

• Conducting standard call center operations concerning business products and services.

• Utilizing the provided tools to navigate customer interactions effectively.

• Delivering essential information to customers while maintaining a warm and empathetic communication style.

• Collecting information to ensure customer profiles and accounts are current.

• Leveraging your computer skills to provide outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

• Have legal authorization for permanent employment in the United States without the need for visa transfer or sponsorship.

• Hold at least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Achieve a typing speed of 30 WPM or higher.

• Familiarity with desktop and portable devices.

• Knowledge of relational databases, SSL, and/or servers.

• Maintain a wired internet connection (No Wi-Fi or Satellite); an internet speed test will verify that download speeds are 10 Mbps or higher, upload speeds are 5 Mbps or higher, and ping results are below 175 ms.

• Have a secured workspace that includes a door separating you from the rest of your home.
