• Address technical customer inquiries via phone and written communication in the field of home charging (including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting).
• Provide guidance to customers regarding a range of automotive products.
• Utilize specialized software, backend systems, and consoles for diagnosing issues and resolving problems.
• A keen interest in technical subjects and a strong affinity for IT (such as MS Office applications).
• Proficient in both German and Spanish languages.
• Previous experience as a building services technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician, or in eMobility and charging infrastructure is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts (Monday to Sunday, 06:00–22:00; core hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30).
• Ability to work independently and flexibly, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Inbound role (no sales involved).
