• Collaborate with customers and the internal account team to identify both short-term and long-term priorities, and develop a corresponding engagement plan.
• Manage project milestones in conjunction with Customer Success Managers and clients, contribute to deliverables, provide regular status updates, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues and risks.
• Act as a key resource for client technical information and aid in formulating the account strategy alongside the wider account team.
• Enhance the growth and efficiency of the Field Engineering team through documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for client teams, offering guidance and hands-on support in various areas, including:
• Dataiku platform architecture and deployment.
• Platform operations and upgrades.
• Best practices for platform utilization.
• Security, data management, and computational resources.
• ML-Ops, monitoring, and scaling strategies.
• Assist clients in integrating the product into their systems and resolving technical challenges.
• Gather client feedback and feature requests to inform the Product and Engineering teams.
• Advise client technical leaders on complementary technologies and long-term technical strategy.
• Explore and support advanced use cases involving Dataiku, such as edge computing, deep learning, and MLOps.
• Over 7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Strong skills in communication and client relationship management.
• Experience in supporting both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Proficient in Linux system administration, including networking.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools (e.g., LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, IAM).
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Knowledge of the Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems.
