• Offer architectural direction and implementation guidance for the Red Hat Infrastructure and Automation Portfolio
• Conduct technical assessments and share expertise to proactively recognize and mitigate potential issues
• Acquire insights into customers' technical infrastructure, environment, hardware, and product offerings
• Collaborate closely with Red Hat Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Develop documentation related to customer challenges and technical solutions for resolution
• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships by providing attentive, relationship-focused support
• Experience in Linux or UNIX system administration
• Strong comprehension of Linux and associated technologies such as management, networking, and storage
• Proficiency in IT automation, configuration management, application deployment, and infrastructure orchestration technologies
• Superior troubleshooting and debugging abilities
• Experience in enterprise datacenter environments and operations
• Capability to manage and expand existing enterprise customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, ideally computer science or engineering
