Technical Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malawi.

📋 Description

• Develop, support, and enhance technical operations through partnerships.

• Lead technical operations and enhance partner capabilities.

• Train and certify the technical teams of partners, including technicians.

• Provide data training and ongoing operational assistance.

• Conduct site visits to monitor the performance of partner technical teams.

• Verify installation standards and ensure the safety of bio-fertilizer tanks in compliance with Safety Standards.

• Oversee stock levels, incoming inventory, and accuracy in warehousing.

• Ensure partners implement effective forecasting and stock management practices.

• Coordinate the monitoring milestones for the carbon program, including surveys, digital monitoring setups, and data collection.

• Guarantee timely and precise data collection from partners, supporting carbon data gathering and reporting.

• Manage relationships with partners and address concerns and areas for improvement.

• Engage in collaborative events with partners to enhance brand visibility.

• Aim to achieve a Net Promoter Score above 50 for partners and product users by collecting feedback and driving improvements.

• Assist in government relations and provide insights about Sistema.bio to secure favorable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, agriculture, renewable energy, operations management, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of overall experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, team management, leadership, and coordination.

• Experience in managing partner relationships.

• Project management experience.

• Experience with field-based or site installations.

• Must be based in Malawi.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Malawi or internationally.
