Technical Coordinator (All Trades)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• In the role of delivering engineering design projects (maîtrise d’œuvre), you will work alongside the project manager, taking charge of the technical leadership for the assigned projects.

• You will ensure that the design meets all contractual specifications.

• You will be responsible for the quality and compliance of technical documentation with contractual obligations.

• You will manage client relationships regarding technical and operational issues, complementing the project manager’s focus on contractual matters.

• You will lead a multi-disciplinary design team throughout the project lifecycle.

• You will define the technical and financial scope as well as objectives.

• You will ensure overall technical consistency in the solutions developed by the design engineers.

• You will monitor the integration of requirements into the design process.

• You will coordinate daily study/design tasks, ensuring timely production, verification, and delivery of documentation to the client, adhering to the required quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree (engineering school diploma or equivalent) with a focus on Nuclear Engineering or Industrial Engineering is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering design/engineering projects (maîtrise d’œuvre) is essential.

• Substantial experience in the design of nuclear or industrial facilities, preferably from the early design/basic design stages.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.

• A strong commitment to thoroughly understanding the technical scope of studies assigned by the client.

• Leadership capabilities: we are seeking someone who is not merely a single-discipline expert but someone who can comprehend issues and risks and effectively lead an engineering design office.

• A structured approach and the ability to provide structure to the team; reliability is key.
