Technical Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and further enhance SAP Customer Engagement solutions utilizing SAP S/4HANA, both on-premise and in the cloud.

• Provide technical and functional consulting for clients, concentrating on SAP CRM processes such as Sales, Service, and Interaction Center.

• Integrate existing SAP CRM solutions into new system architectures and facilitate migration scenarios to S/4HANA.

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes in Sales and Service.

• Implement technical requirements through customization, development, and interface integration.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of our internal solution strategies and methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Project experience in SAP consulting, especially in SAP CRM (both classic and SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement).

• Proficiency in SAP customizing and a solid technical understanding of ABAP, OData, or web services.

• Ideally, experience with migrations from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement.

• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency.
