This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Collaborate with our clients to transform the established pre-sales command plan into actionable objectives that align with their desired positive business outcomes.
• Acquire a deep understanding of the GitLab platform, including common best practices and use cases, to effectively guide our customers.
• Comprehend the customer journey and provide guidance for their future adoption of our solutions.
• Serve as the GitLab point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or escalations, working closely with GitLab Support, Product Management (including roadmaps), and other relevant teams as necessary.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, concentrating on enhancing adoption, ensuring retention and growth, and maximizing overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed and current on GitLab releases.
• Proficient understanding of Git and standard branching strategies.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and development pipeline.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps practices.
• Previous experience in Customer Success or a similar role demonstrating a track record of improving satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Proven experience working in partnership with customers to define and achieve their business objectives.
• Experience engaging with customers of various sizes relevant to the assigned segment.
• Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and analytical in approach.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being a self-starter.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Robust technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary and adhere to the company’s travel policy.
• Fluent in German.
