This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Analyze, install, configure, and troubleshoot software systems.
• Conduct a functional analysis of requirements to assess the effort needed for software implementation in customer environments.
• Set up base software within customer environments.
• Execute unit tests, monitor issues, and apply modifications to guarantee compliance with the test plan and functional requirements.
• Identify, isolate, and resolve system failures resulting from software code errors.
• Define acceptance criteria and set quality objectives.
• Provide estimates, objectives, standards, constraints, and dependencies to inform the Statement of Work (SOW) and the software development plan.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, information systems, or another technical field.
• Experience in technical project leadership, effectively organizing project resources.
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and Windows 7.
• Proven experience in creating and delivering group presentations, conducting web seminars, and public speaking.
• Strong capabilities in writing PowerShell scripts for silent installations and system configurations (preferred).
• Practical experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting NCR NDC, Diebold Nixdorf ProBase, and Hyosung moniACT environments (preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of CEN XFS standards for ATM device interfaces (preferred).
• Knowledge and experience with the CEN XFS ATM software specifications (preferred).
