Principal SuccessFactors Consultant – Compensation, Variable Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions

• Conduct workshops and collaborate with senior business stakeholders to collect and define requirements

• Develop optimal solutions that align with client business objectives and SAP capabilities

• Provide functional guidance across project teams and mentor junior consultants

• Lead discussions on solution architecture for the wider SuccessFactors suite

• Manage project deliverables, risks, timelines, and ensure quality outcomes

• Assist with pre-sales initiatives, demonstrations, solution proposals, and scope definition

• Keep up-to-date with developments in the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and industry best practices

• Establish long-term, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors

• Demonstrated experience in leading multiple complete implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

• Strong expertise in configuration and solution design for Compensation and Variable Pay

• Experience in integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with other SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central and Performance & Goals

• Proficient in client-facing consulting and facilitating workshops

• Experience in leading teams and mentoring fellow consultants

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors for Compensation and/or Variable Pay
