Staff Consultant, NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intricate business requirements and align business processes with NetSuite software, either remotely or in-person as per client requests, including video or onsite engagement.

• Aid in conducting fit/gap analysis of business needs leading to system design and implementation.

• Create wireframes and schematic diagrams to assist in customer requirements gathering and enhance overall business process discovery.

• Collaborate with Senior and Principal Consultants to deploy NetSuite solutions tailored to specific industry practices, regulatory standards, and other business needs.

• Work closely with the in-house development team to deliver custom solutions.

• Demonstrate a willingness to enhance NetSuite product knowledge across all areas as dictated by customer needs and commit time to pursue professional certifications.

• This position may involve travel and occasional adjustments in working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines or handle unforeseen circumstances during engagements.

• Participate in various internal MHI initiatives, including mentoring resources and ongoing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of pertinent consulting or industry experience.

• Hands-on experience with Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation, having participated in 3-5 end-to-end projects.

• Facilitate business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new clients to identify configuration needs, both on-site and remotely.

• Willingness to enhance NetSuite product knowledge across all areas as required by customer engagements and commit time to pursue professional certifications.

• SuiteFoundations Certified and actively pursuing ERP NetSuite Certification.
