Senior Workday Integrations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a consultant on various client projects with minimal supervision.

• Comprehend client business needs and offer guidance throughout the design, configuration, and prototyping phases; assist clients with testing and transitioning to production.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to keep them updated on project progress, changes, and other relevant information.

• Work alongside cross-functional colleagues to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

• Maintain accurate forecasts in a timely manner.

• Team up with the Sales department and act as a Subject Matter Expert while supporting sales presentations, demonstrations, and Letters of Engagement (LOEs).

• Stay informed about industry trends, Workday advancements, and provide advice on Workday best practices.

• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a consulting position focused on Workday Integrations at a partner firm.

• Workday Partner certification is mandatory and must remain in Active status during employment with ERPA.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• In-depth understanding of Workday Integration processes and best practices to provide suitable implementation recommendations.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
