This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a client-side resource on implementation projects, focusing on technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks.

• Oversee daily project activities to ensure a successful payroll transition for clients.

• Configure workflows to enhance the system buildout process.

• Develop custom reports and present templated reports to maximize value during client implementation or optimization initiatives.

• Provide tailored system training for clients to guarantee a high technology adoption rate during implementation or optimization projects.

• Analyze existing client processes to uncover software opportunities that deliver the most value and functionality.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize their needs effectively.

• Work directly with the platform vendor to acquire answers and design solutions for optimization tasks.

• Partner with leaders, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful client relationships.

• Engage in pre-sales scoping analysis to assess project needs and estimate hours required.

• Seek and participate in cross-training opportunities to broaden skills across various platforms and domains (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, HR, Custom Reporting, Integrations, Data, etc.).

• Support project managers and team members in developing detailed inputs for project plans related to technical configurations and/or integrations for clients.

• Contribute to the creation and execution of test scripts and audits related to all technical configurations and/or integrations throughout all project phases, including SIT, UAT, Parallel, and Go-live.

• Act as a liaison among the client, platform vendor, and HCM Unlocked data resources to ensure accurate capture of client data requirements during the design phase and verification during testing and validation phases.

• Serve as a liaison between platform vendors and HCM Unlocked technical resources, providing oversight and input during design and testing phases of inbound/outbound integrations.

• Review existing clients' technical architecture and landscape, offering recommendations for optimizations to prevent errors in the data flow.

• Provide the Project Manager with formal sign-off on technical configuration work at each critical validation stage gate.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain the Open Issues log and ensure timely resolution of all technical configuration and/or integration-related items.

• Supply the Project Manager with proof of testing and validation for technical configuration and/or integration work.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and data validation tools to assist the project team in researching issues and confirming data accuracy in customer databases.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role within a vendor or consulting organization.

• Expert knowledge of multiple modules within Rippling, including systems implementation, custom reporting functionality, and payroll processing.

• Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing implementation role.

• Prior experience in owning and leading projects.

• Proficient in Time & Attendance system configuration, with an understanding of labor allocation requirements and integration with various time capture systems to payroll.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a computer-related field.

• Experience with integrations between third-party systems such as API, EDI, or batch processing of flat files.

• Ability to utilize quality assurance processes that capture before-and-after outcomes while satisfying governance and audit requirements.

• Capability to create specific test scripts tailored to individual client needs, ensuring 100% validation of all client data and technical configurations throughout the project.

• Understanding of PII data and governance requirements, with the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company and employee information.

• Develop and enhance knowledge of HR-related situations such as new hires, life events, terminations, and open enrollments to assist Benefits in adhering to all regulatory, carrier, and client guidelines.

• Ability to collaborate with the Benefits team to finalize plan builds, testing, and successful launches of open enrollment, as well as ongoing maintenance of eligibility within a client's HRIS/online enrollment platform.

• Understand and execute the process for building, testing, and deploying EDI file feeds between clients' insurance carriers and HRIS systems, including plan rule setup, employee data extraction, troubleshooting eligibility during testing, and regular upkeep of active feeds (resolving discrepancies).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and effectively articulate ideas.

• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in an organized manner, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills, with the ability to remain composed in stressful situations such as customer escalations.

• Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly learn and instruct on, various HRIS software platforms.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
