📋 Description

• Deliver customer relationship management by effectively applying technical expertise to install, implement, service, test, and troubleshoot intricate solutions on IT networks.

• Offer technical recommendations tailored to customer needs.

• Assist in the shift from a break-fix operational model to one focused on customer solutions.

• Promote continuous enhancement of implementation methodologies and service offerings.

• Collaborate with a varied team, including clinical, sales, and service partners.

• Organize project resources and manage tasks efficiently.

• Carry out all administrative responsibilities in compliance with regulatory standards and timelines.

• Install sophisticated systems in both clinical and non-clinical settings.

• Conduct a technical review of system configurations and address any technical challenges.

• Travel within the designated geographical area while adhering to driving and travel regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in the IT technology or electronics sector.

• Preferred experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators.

• Proficient in network configuration and troubleshooting.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required (or must be obtained within 6 months of starting employment).

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical fields, or related areas, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Capability to fulfill physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations.
