📋 Description

• In this position, you will serve as the technical authority, assisting customers and partners in fully leveraging the Marketplacer platform.

• You will connect business objectives with technical implementation, creating scalable integration architectures across intricate enterprise ecosystems, including ERP, OMS, PIM, and eCommerce platforms.

• As a trusted advisor, you will navigate clients through technical complexities, ensuring that implementations are resilient, scalable, and geared for long-term success.

• Collaborate with clients to design and architect scalable solutions utilizing Marketplacer's APIs and GraphQL.

• Define integration patterns that link Marketplacer with ERPs, CRMs, and front-end frameworks (Headless, React, etc.).

• Ensure that technical designs adhere to best practices regarding performance, security, and maintainability.

• Act as the technical liaison during the post-sales implementation stage.

• Advise developers and partners on best practices for building on the Marketplacer platform.

• Troubleshoot intricate technical challenges and provide architectural guidance to ensure successful project launches.

• Create and deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and documentation for customers and agency partners.

• Empower our partner ecosystem to develop high-quality, sustainable marketplace solutions.

• Act as a conduit between the field and our Product/Engineering teams to advocate for feature enhancements and bug fixes.

• Develop and maintain scalable technical resources, including sample code, boilerplates, and implementation guides.

• Assist the pre-sales team with complex technical scoping and feasibility assessments when necessary.

• Continuously enhance implementation methodologies to minimize time-to-value for our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services), preferably within SaaS or E-commerce.

• Experience engaging with enterprise or upper mid-market customers.

• Familiarity with System Integrators or multi-vendor delivery environments.

• Understanding of modern architecture patterns (API-first, event-driven, composable commerce).

• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an advantage.

• Strong expertise in modern web technologies, particularly APIs (REST/GraphQL), JavaScript, and cloud-native architectures.

• Significant experience with integration middleware and connecting diverse enterprise systems.

• Ability to convert complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives.

• A self-driven attitude with a proven history of successfully delivering technical projects in dynamic environments.
