This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

• Oversee the onboarding processes for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Broker Dealers by utilizing Advyzon's implementation methodology.

• Act as the main consulting point of contact during the entire onboarding journey.

• Carry out discovery sessions to gain insights into client business operations.

• Set up platform configurations and assist clients in system setup.

• Provide virtual product demonstrations and training sessions.

• Track onboarding progress and proactively identify potential risks.

• Document client specifications and implementation milestones.

• Guide clients on Advyzon best practices.

• Address onboarding inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.

• Work together with Sales and other departments to ensure seamless transitions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation consulting, technical consulting, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
