This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Act as the main technical and strategic liaison for designated client accounts.
β’ Comprehend client objectives and align them with platform features, workflows, and deliverables.
β’ Facilitate technical conversations, including light troubleshooting, data analysis, and integrations.
β’ Lead structured onboarding processes utilizing clear documentation, visuals, and walkthroughs.
β’ Monitor account well-being, proactively identify risks, and promote retention and growth opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with operations, production, and leadership teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
β’ Keep comprehensive records and workflows in HubSpot or other similar CRM tools.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
β’ A working knowledge of coding concepts, including SQL and Python.
β’ Previous experience in a technology or SaaS company.
β’ Demonstrated experience working remotely.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Highly organized, process-oriented, and adept at managing multiple accounts.
