Technical Celonis Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain integrations with Celonis, including the creation of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and data connectors, utilizing SQL, Python, and the Celonis Platform.

• Lead the design, development, and execution of data models and ETL solutions to incorporate functional data into Celonis.

• Construct process intelligence solution views, analyses, and dashboards to facilitate actionable insights for clients.

• Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes from ERP systems and third-party applications.

• Ensure dependable and secure connections to source systems by employing technologies such as JDBC for database connectivity and Kafka for real-time data streaming.

• Execute ETL operations, troubleshoot data connections, and validate large datasets for accuracy and performance.

• Optimize Celonis data models and ETL processes for enhanced performance and scalability.

• Design, develop, and implement audit processes to maintain data integrity from application platforms to Celonis.

• Govern access rights for Celonis processes and provide operational support for the Celonis production platform.

• Collaborate with clients, Celonis teams, and third-party resources to ensure technical delivery aligns with project objectives.

• Participate in workshops, demonstrations, and client-facing sessions to exhibit technical capabilities.

• Facilitate and lead the establishment of governance and Process Intelligence best practices.

• Offer ongoing support to business and technology teams to promote continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years of total system development experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Celonis or process mining tools.

• Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, frameworks for process improvement, and business process management (BPM).

• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (essential), Python, and data modeling.

• Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.

• Proven experience with the features and capabilities of Celonis, including the optimization of data models.

• Ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful business insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong collaborative mindset.
