This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the Technical Sales Business Development Manager by collaborating closely with regional ProAV sales colleagues to enhance business development in your area, which includes supporting local stores through customer engagement and training coordination.
• Provide technical support for strategic brands to ensure project success while serving as the subject matter expert in technology. Meet with ProAV integrators to explore product solutions and recommend the best options for specific projects.
• Engage in proactive outreach and targeted sales initiatives to promote AV products to existing customers.
• Participate in industry events to connect with customers, discuss product solutions, and deliver training.
• Meet sales objectives, present and report on performance metrics, and identify new opportunities to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the internal design team and professional services teams to facilitate system designs.
• Maintain effective internal communication with management regarding job responsibilities and duties.
• Consistently and accurately report metrics while utilizing sales management tools for tracking.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and capitalize on every sales opportunity.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology sector of the Audio Visual industry. A proactive problem-solver with strong capabilities in client and executive relationship management.
• Availability to travel 50% of the time.
