Technical Business Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Align business strategies and outcomes with technological opportunities across various domains.

• Design the Framework Model Overview (FMO) for the Global Delivery Platform in Employer Solutions.

• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with Business Architect colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Evaluate, prioritize, and create a roadmap for investments to facilitate transformation and enhance capability maturity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in IT Business, along with a University degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture.

• Proven track record in Transformation and Change Leadership.

• Understanding of concepts and standards from TM Forum, such as eTOM and TAM.

• Knowledge of Systems, Information, Processes, and Governance.

• Experience within the Health, Case Management, and Client Relationship Management ecosystems.
