Workday Benefits Architect/Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and design complete Workday implementations along with post-launch optimizations.

• Partner with clients to collect and evaluate business needs, converting them into effective system design solutions.

• Offer expert advice on Workday capabilities across various modules, ensuring optimal configuration and integration.

• Address intricate issues and create scalable, sustainable solutions for system improvements.

• Mentor and support junior consultants and client teams by sharing best practices and Workday system expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Workday architecture and design in one or more modules.

• Prior experience in leading or executing Workday solutions, either in a consulting capacity or client-side role.

• Capability to design and present thorough Workday solutions that fulfill client requirements.

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Workday certification(s) are advantageous but not mandatory.
