This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for intricate desktop and endpoint support challenges.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to Windows desktop, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to Desktop Support engineers.
• Administer and support Microsoft endpoint technologies, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Oversee endpoint provisioning, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Aid in endpoint security, device compliance, software installations, and policy management.
• Record technical solutions, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Endpoint Support, or Desktop Engineering.
• Background in supporting enterprise Microsoft Windows environments.
• Proficient knowledge of: Microsoft 365 (O365), Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot.
• Experience diagnosing intricate desktop, hardware, software, and endpoint issues.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior technicians and serving as an escalation resource.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting while supporting Central Time business hours.
