This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, validate, and document both business and technical requirements.
• Convert business needs and technical logic into concise, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work alongside developers, architects, project managers, and other team members to facilitate system implementation, integration, and enhancement initiatives.
• Engage in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Perform system and process analyses and suggest opportunities for optimization.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, data flows, data mappings, and both functional and technical specifications.
• Review technical artifacts such as data dictionaries, interface specifications, wireframes, and solution designs.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements sessions, solution demonstrations, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate completed solutions against documented business and technical requirements.
• Assist in solution design, implementation planning, and the development of technology roadmaps.
• Communicate project requirements, risks, decisions, and outcomes to both technical and business audiences.
• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development or IT modernization projects.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and backlog refinement.
• Experience in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and functional or technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Working knowledge of application development concepts, including data models, APIs, system integrations, configuration, and scripting logic.
• Capability to understand and interpret code logic and technical documentation sufficiently to collaborate effectively with developers and architects.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical artifacts and ensuring proposed solutions meet documented requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
