This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the analysis efforts throughout the phases of discovery, design, and delivery, providing structure and clarity to intricate business and technological changes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements utilizing suitable techniques.
• Convert business needs into well-defined user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, business rules, and supporting artifacts that are prepared for technical design, development, and testing.
• Examine end-to-end processes, customer journeys, system interactions, and operational impacts.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and solution designers to delineate system behavior, integration points, interface requirements, API interactions, and technical dependencies.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical analysis artifacts, including process models, data mappings, and traceability documentation.
• Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization alongside Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Advocate for customer and colleague needs throughout the analysis and delivery processes.
• Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within complex technology delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Strong expertise in analyzing APIs, integrations, interfaces, system interactions, integration patterns, and technical dependencies across complex application landscapes.
• Practical experience with data mapping and data flows, with the capability to write or interpret SQL queries and comprehend underlying data structures.
• Ability to create clear, structured documentation, including process models, process flows, workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, data flows, business rules, and other supporting design artifacts.
• Proven skill in assessing change impacts across processes, systems, integrations, data, teams, and customers.
• Demonstrated experience working in agile multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and influencing.
• Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving abilities, and capacity to navigate ambiguity while maintaining pace and quality.
• Practical experience with analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io, or equivalent.
• SC cleared or eligible to obtain SC clearance.
