This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Establish and maintain prospect and customer files, manage inactive files, and perform general filing tasks.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
• Utilize fax machines, scanners, printers, and copiers efficiently.
• Support the service team in creating marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for both prospects and customers.
• Enter prospect and customer information into relevant applications and the agency management system.
• Provide word processing support as needed.
• Oversee inventory and manage the ordering of frequently used office supplies.
• Execute agency billing and process check requests as necessary.
• Ensure complete and precise information is maintained in accordance with agency management system data standards and integrity.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills, including proficiency in telephone etiquette and active listening.
• Effective problem-solving and time management capabilities.
• Intermediate typing skills, ranging from 30 to 35 words per minute.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and promote a spirit of teamwork.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
