Technical Assistant – After-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Achieve technical service level agreements for installation, upkeep, and support services.

• Guarantee precise and standardized technical documentation.

• Uphold the company's professional image, conduct, and technical standards when interacting with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical degree or vocational training in Electrical, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar disciplines.

• Strong understanding of electrical controls, ability to read schematics/diagrams, knowledge of hydraulics, and maintenance of industrial machinery.

• Prior experience in field technical service or support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with electronic reporting.

• A valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel regionally using a company-leased vehicle.
