This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform site visits to assist clients with engine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Execute engine commissioning, including sea trials and the preparation of HAT and SAT documentation.

• Act as the main technical contact for dealers, distributors, and end users in your designated area.

• Ensure that customer inquiries are managed from the initial contact through to resolution.

• Monitor and address technical support requests promptly and professionally.

• Oversee and manage the warranty process in your territory, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

• Identify, report, and track product quality concerns, both internally and externally.

• Review and verify field service reports and technical documents prior to submission.

• Provide informed recommendations to the Engineering team based on field observations and recurring challenges.

• Monitor and assess the technical proficiency of dealers and distributors within your network.

• Support and advise dealers on technical issues, service processes, and OXE product knowledge.

• Assist in the development of business plans for dealers aiming to enhance their OXE service and sales capabilities.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs for the dealer network.

• Maintain precise installation records, field reports, and service documentation.

• Share relevant technical and operational information among internal departments.

• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of aftermarket processes, reporting structures, and digital tools.

• Represent OXE Marine professionally in all interactions with customers and partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in the marine service industry or with marine propulsion systems.

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical background with practical diagnostic skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of diesel engines, ideally with experience in common rail systems.

• Practical understanding of outboard engine installation and vessel integration.

• Valid US boat license and the ability to obtain a passport for international travel.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and excel in a remote working environment.

• Customer-focused, service-oriented, and solution-driven.
