Technical Architect – Latam, Caribbean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Provide technical design for luxury hospitality projects, ensuring feasibility and effective coordination.

• Create and oversee coordinated **Revit models and construction documentation**.

• Integrate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using **BIM / Navisworks**.

• Address multidisciplinary conflicts and suggest viable technical solutions.

• Generate tender and construction-phase documentation in accordance with relevant codes and specifications.

• Ensure quality control of models and drawings; identify risks proactively.

• Assist in façade and system detailing informed by construction principles.

• Collaborate with procurement regarding technical specifications and materials.

• Mentor BIM modelers and aid in the development of internal technical standards and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design.

• Background in low-rise residential and hospitality projects, including private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• A portfolio is required.
