Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage with a diverse range of Snowflake customers.

• Oversee technical aspects of client data platform implementations and onboarding initiatives.

• Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Delivery teams for effective project management and functional assistance.

• Assist clients in troubleshooting implementations and integrating the product.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and monitor issues until resolution.

• Contribute to the development of Customer Delivery and Training teams through thorough documentation and process optimization.

• Collect product feedback from customers to guide the development of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position.

• Proficiency with distributed systems and massively parallel processing technologies (Snowflake, Teradata, Spark, etc.).

• Familiarity with data strategies and methodologies (Data Mesh, Data Vault, etc.).

• Understanding of data organization and modeling concepts (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, etc.).

• Knowledge of infrastructure concepts (Cloud Hyperscalers, Security, Disaster Recovery Planning, etc.).

• Experience with data engineering frameworks and concepts (batch processing, SQL, Python, etc.).

• Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

• Understanding of key AI/ML concepts (classification, regression, etc.).

• Proven track record in building cloud data platforms and strong consulting abilities.
