Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and partners throughout project cycles to offer expertise in the Salesforce platform and product suite.

• Create solution visions and design system architectures.

• Provide guidance to customers and teams during the implementation phase.

• Act as a trusted advisor for both technical and business stakeholders.

• Assist in project management activities and ensure alignment through agile software delivery processes.

• Lead implementation projects and advisory engagements.

• Ensure the delivery of scalable and standardized solutions that align with customer requirements.

• Assess business and technical needs.

• Foster relationships with key collaborators and team members.

• Serve as the lead architect by coordinating and aligning the efforts of multiple architects.

• Collaborate with project and engagement managers for effective planning and implementation.

• Review project vision, direction, implementation strategies, and key deliverables.

• Manage initial solution evaluations and proactively address issues.

• Engage with executives, account teams, engineering, and product management.

• Configure applications directly when necessary.

• Direct and mentor customers, partners, and colleagues in both technical and non-technical aspects of delivery.

• Lead or contribute to internal innovation and strategic initiatives.

• Assist in pre-sales activities to promote Salesforce Services.

• Participate in or lead volunteer initiatives.

• Practical experience in technical consulting and solution implementation within major software domains such as CRM, ERP, or HR.

• Proficiency in coding with object-oriented programming languages.

• Capability to analyze, design, and enhance business processes through technology and integration.

• Experience in guiding clients and project teams in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies for business applications.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a distributed team.

• Willingness to take initiative and ownership of issues.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies and Salesforce Clouds.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.

• Availability for regional travel based on customer requirements.

• In-depth understanding of Web Services, data modeling, and enterprise application integration concepts.

• Familiarity with enterprise integration tools like ESBs and/or ETL tools.

• Knowledge of integration design patterns involving enterprise systems such as CMS, ERP, HRIS, and DWH/DM.

• Ability to build and sustain relationships with C-level executives, mid-level managers, and key decision-makers.

• Preferred: Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid-to-large-sized organization.

• Preferred: Experience in defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, particularly with coded solutions.
