Technical and Sales Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for professional clients on the technical features of VELUX products.

• Educate installers on sales strategies and client relationship management.

• Oversee skills assessments, track progress, and offer constructive feedback.

• Develop training materials, documentation, and mock-ups.

• Organize training spaces and procure products and refreshments.

• Facilitate Qualiopi audits.

• Assist in the creation and revision of technical, sales, and advisory training modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering technical training within the roofing sector.

• Sales experience is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, with the capability to impart knowledge effectively.

• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating successfully within a team.

• Capacity to adjust to the specific needs of learners.

• Willingness to travel occasionally across the country.
