This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and coordinate the comprehensive technical analysis and testing lifecycle for various intricate technology projects.
• Develop, implement, and consistently enhance technical analysis and testing standards and best practices.
• Provide updates on testing progress to all stakeholders, highlighting risks and quality metrics to executive project leadership.
• Collaborate extensively with technology vendors, technical analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• More than 7 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a test management position, preferably within banking or financial services IT.
• Preferred qualifications include – ITIL, CSTM, ISTQB.
• Proven experience in managing testing for vendor-provided solutions within regulated environments.
• Robust technical knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, test management tools (e.g., ALM, Zephyr, qTest), and defect management processes.
• Expertise in risk assessment, problem-solving, and ongoing process improvement.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, security requirements, and data integrity standards pertinent to the banking sector.
