Technical Analyst – Contractor, Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document requirements and workflows for systems.

• Work closely with stakeholders to grasp business needs and convert them into technical solutions.

• Design, implement, and oversee IT systems and infrastructure.

• Assess software and hardware alternatives, providing recommendations for optimal solutions.

• Execute system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Create technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.

• Offer technical support and training for end-users.

• Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and uptime.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest enhancements.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Analyst or in a similar capacity.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.

• Familiar with database management systems and cloud services.

• Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and system architecture.

• Experience in project management and business analysis.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are advantageous.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
