Technical AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and conduct interactive AI training sessions for Development, QA, and DevOps teams.

• Take ownership of the training curriculum, ensuring it is consistently updated and relevant.

• Assess the code and exercises submitted by trainees, offering direct and practical feedback.

• Remain actively engaged with emerging AI tools, such as coding assistants, MCP servers, and AI-enhanced CI/CD automation.

• Provide hands-on training in AI-supported software delivery, covering coding, test automation, code review, and CI/CD processes.

• Utilize extensive, practical experience throughout the entire software development lifecycle, rather than focusing solely on front-end or back-end areas.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow trainers and curriculum developers while also independently creating and delivering training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of practical software engineering experience encompassing the complete SDLC, including Development, QA, and DevOps.

• Minimum of 2 years of daily practical experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI IDEs.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI-assisted test automation, such as Playwright with AI test generation capabilities.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in AI-assisted code review.

• Over 3 years of experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines, with 6–12 months of knowledge in AI/MCP-driven CI/CD automation.

• 2+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or providing technical training or workshops.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling the explanation of technical concepts to audiences with diverse levels of expertise.

• A patient coaching approach that is effective in supporting non-expert and mixed-skill groups.

• A proactive attitude and motivation to stay updated with the latest AI tools.

• Proven hands-on experience in delivering AI tool training rather than just theoretical knowledge.

• Comprehensive generalist knowledge across Development, QA, DevOps, and the complete software development lifecycle.
