This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer technical guidance and support for monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) pertaining to various program design and implementation challenges.
• Assist in the creation and participate in the execution of agency-wide strategies, standards, tools, and best practices related to MEAL.
• Deliver MEAL-related technical solutions to Child Protection (CP) teams.
• Contribute to, and at times lead, the formulation of the MEAL components within the technical design for proposals.
• Aid in the customization and design of digital forms for effective data collection.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the capacity of staff and partners in MEAL by helping to develop learning and training strategies along with agendas/curriculums.
• Bachelor’s degree in international development, statistics, economics, microfinance, or a related field.
• A minimum of five to eight years of pertinent work experience with increasing responsibilities, preferably with an international NGO.
• At least two years of field-based experience in MEAL.
• Proven experience in project MEAL, including the development of indicators, data collection tools and methodologies, data analysis, and data presentation.
• Experience in creating and producing curricula, tools, evidence, and other materials to support MEAL, demonstrating the ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring, and various formal and informal methods.
