This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with clients to assess and suggest the most suitable inspection and maintenance options for airframe and engine occurrences.
• Facilitate and assist customers in managing all facets of maintenance activities.
• Serve as on-site customer liaison, particularly during significant scheduled inspections.
• Provide assistance to clients during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.
• Establish and oversee Service Calls to monitor technical data, event progression, and aid in financial forecasting.
• Foster and maintain robust client relationships through consistent and proactive communication.
• Develop and uphold partnerships with regional service facilities and other service providers.
• Investigate aircraft logbooks and/or conduct visual inspections for new enrollments or reviews of existing contracts.
• Unrestricted work and residency authorization in the United States is mandatory.
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certifications, or equivalent qualifications, are required.
• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an aviation-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of reading and writing clearly and analytically.
• Solid understanding of relevant technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure.
• Well-organized.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a passport and undertake international travel.
