This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy to youth and adult survivors of human sex trafficking and their non-offending caregivers, when applicable.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies, including but not limited to, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and/or Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), as necessary.
• Create and execute tailored clinical treatment plans for clients.
• Document progress and communicate with referral providers in line with treatment objectives.
• Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention support to address the immediate needs of clients or victims.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discuss cases for appropriate treatment.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field with a focus on Counseling.
• Experience working with clients who have faced complex trauma, including sexual abuse and/or sexual exploitation.
• Preferred qualifications include LCSW/LICSW/Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, LMHC, or LMFT/RIMHC licensure.
• 24/7 on-call schedule as assigned.
• Consultation services to referral agencies as necessary to ensure suitable interventions for CSE clients or survivors.
• Opportunity to facilitate or take part in seminars and workshops as directed.
