Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to patients through telemedicine.

• Perform Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for General Mental Health as well as Substance Use Disorder.

• Oversee psychopharmacological treatments.

• Implement medication-assisted therapies for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

• Provide supportive psychotherapy and engage in motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate patient care coordination among multidisciplinary teams.

• Complete validated rating scales and develop treatment plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and unrestricted Medical License in both the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are rendered.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider (Required).

• Certification in Psychiatry (PMHNP or Psychiatry CAQ).

• Hold a valid DEA License.

• Maintain a patient-first approach.

• Ability to work comfortably in a fully-remote environment.
