Online Geometry Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist students in mastering Geometry, ranging from middle school to college level.

• Instruct a variety of math subjects from 6th grade to college level to provide flexible scheduling options.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in teaching or tutoring is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching or tutoring experience in the U.S. is essential.

• Candidates must have engaged in teaching or tutoring within the last 2 years.

• At least 1 year of experience in online tutoring is required.

• A solid understanding of the U.S. curriculum and grading standards is needed.

• Expertise in Geometry is crucial.

• Capability to tutor Math subjects from 6th grade up to college level is necessary.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Tutors who are available during peak hours (Monday through Thursday, 3 to 10 PM ET) will have the opportunity to connect with more students. Broader availability on weekdays and weekends is advantageous.

• A fast and reliable internet connection is mandatory.

• A computer or laptop equipped with a microphone and camera is required. A stylus pen is strongly recommended for clear annotations.

• A quiet and professional environment is essential for tutoring.
