Technical Adoption Specialist – Autodesk Build, Construction Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate product and workflow coaching sessions that assist strategic clients in adopting Autodesk solutions.

• Perform coaching discovery calls to gain insight into customer workflows, identify adoption challenges, assess learning requirements, and clarify desired outcomes.

• Serve as a technical trusted advisor to clients, showcasing thought leadership and product expertise.

• Create, revise, and sustain enablement materials, learning resources, and digital assets.

• Conduct live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the needs and workflows within the Architectural, Construction, and Engineering industries.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or a related engineering field.

• Proficient understanding of Autodesk Build, Pype, Autospecs, and Forma.

• Experience with data management in a production setting.

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Construction or a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and learn swiftly in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in training others or developing learning materials.
