Technical Accounts Manager – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitating communication between the Client and internal teams.

• Serving as the Client’s representative within the Casino Platform.

• Supporting the Client with technical inquiries and issues through the helpdesk.

• Conducting initial troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.

• Escalating unresolved cases to appropriate teams.

• Prioritizing and managing the Client's requests and concerns.

• Advising the Client on product usage.

• Acting as a stakeholder for product requests relevant to the client.

• Refining the client's ideas and challenges to customize our product to their specifications.

• Proactively monitoring the Client's system and its metrics, encompassing both technical and business aspects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2 or higher.

• Proficient in Russian, with a minimum proficiency level of C1 or higher.

• Excellent soft skills with a focus on communication for both technical and non-technical audiences, conflict resolution, and collaborative capabilities in cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical thinking skills, including the ability to differentiate between correlation and causation and identify patterns under pressure.

• Experience in business analysis and product management processes.

• Prior experience in large-scale software development environments.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, ELK (Kibana), and JIRA.

• Proficient in analyzing datasets to derive actionable insights.

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Good understanding of markup web languages (HTML, CSS).
