Technical Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the technical requirements of external partners and effectively communicate them to the Integrations team.

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Integrations teams to enhance product launches and timelines.

• Provide regular status updates on ongoing technical initiatives to internal teams and the business development department.

• Organize and monitor internal objectives while addressing challenges encountered by our development team.

• Establish and nurture relationships with telecom carriers to facilitate product integrations and ongoing technical assistance.

• Create, tailor, and document user experience flows and system interaction pathways.

• Engage in technical discussions with external partners to support both sales and development teams.

• Advocate for innovative ideas, methodologies, or processes to enhance team performance in the workplace.

• Execute internal and external reporting, projections, report analyses, and marketing evaluations.

• Serve as a representative for both airG and external clients to ensure that technical and support issues are prioritized and resolved promptly.

• Participate in product testing, bug detection, and conduct technical investigations.

• Oversee and coordinate product launches and associated support activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in providing software product support, particularly in integrations or project management.

• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment while ensuring attention to detail and organization.

• Skilled in identifying and anticipating potential issues.

• Must be comfortable engaging in technical discussions with international clients in English.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
