This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Facilitating communication between the Client and internal teams.
• Serving as the Client’s representative within the Casino Platform.
• Supporting the Client with technical inquiries and issues through the helpdesk.
• Conducting initial troubleshooting, debugging, and issue iteration.
• Escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate teams.
• Prioritizing and managing the Client's requests and concerns.
• Advising the Client on their utilization of our product.
• Acting as a stakeholder for product requests relevant to the client.
• Refining the client's ideas and challenges to customize our product to their specifications.
• Proactively monitoring the Client's system and its metrics, covering both technical and business aspects.
• Fluency or proficiency in English, at a minimum of B2 level or higher.
• Fluency or proficiency in Russian, at a minimum of C1 level or higher.
• Excellent soft skills, particularly in communication for both technical and non-technical audiences, conflict resolution, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities, including the ability to differentiate between correlation and causation, identify patterns, solve complex issues, and think critically under pressure.
• Experience in business analysis and product management processes to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
• Prior experience in large-scale software development environments, including roles that interact directly with customers.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, ELK (primarily Kibana), and JIRA.
• Proficient in analyzing datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and understanding of data-driven systems.
