This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor throughout the customers’ journey with Wiz.
• Guide customers through the processes of deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz.
• Take a proactive approach, steering customers towards complete adoption while addressing Cloud, Code, and Runtime security risks.
• Ensure that customers meet their business objectives and communicate progress and results to key stakeholders.
• Comprehend and advocate for customer needs to internal stakeholders at Wiz.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 10 strategic customers, enhancing adoption and securing renewals.
• Collaborate across functions to refine processes.
• 8-12+ years of experience in technical roles that involve customer engagement, preferably in cloud/cloud-security product support.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent advanced experience.
• In-depth understanding of cloud services and architecture from at least two Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-security best practices, advanced threat models, and intricate CNAPP use cases.
• Hands-on experience in deploying and operationalizing containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with DevOps technologies such as CI/CD, Version Control Systems, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Expert-level knowledge of security concepts related to Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing and addressing highly complex technical challenges.
• Proven history of managing a portfolio of business that includes 5 or more complex enterprise/strategic customers.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with enterprise clients.
• Ability to continually empower customers on the Wiz platform and provide proactive problem-solving assistance.
