This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the main technical liaison for designated enterprise clients.
• Build trusted relationships with security leaders, SOC managers, analysts, architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Hold regular business reviews, health assessments, and strategic planning meetings.
• Align platform functionalities with customer security goals, compliance needs, and operational objectives.
• Enhance customer adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
• Offer expert advice on SIEM architecture, security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, UEBA, SOAR, and cloud security scenarios.
• Evaluate customer implementations and suggest best practices for scalability, performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Aid clients in developing use cases, detection engineering, content tuning, and optimizing security operations.
• Counsel on log source onboarding techniques, improving data quality, and implementing data governance strategies.
• Assist customers in maximizing platform benefits through advanced features and new product functionalities.
• Track customer platform health, adoption metrics, and risk factors.
• Identify and proactively resolve technical challenges, adoption obstacles, and operational inefficiencies.
• Manage escalation processes and ensure prompt resolution of critical issues.
• Collaborate with Support, Professional Services, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to advocate for customer requirements.
• Create success plans and monitor progress toward key milestones and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SIEM, SOC operations, security consulting, customer success, or technical account management.
• Experience with enterprise SIEM platforms such as Securonix, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic Security, Exabeam, LogRhythm, or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of Security Operations Centers (SOC), Threat Detection & Response, Incident Response, UEBA, SOAR, Cloud Security, Identity Security, and Threat Intelligence.
• Familiarity with security frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, and ISO 27001.
• Experience in log management, security event correlation, and detection engineering.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
