This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Create and implement functional proofs of concept (POCs), agent prototypes, and automation accelerators directly within client environments to expedite agentic adoption.
β’ Design reusable POC templates, deployment accelerators, and agentic solution frameworks that the Customer Success (CS) organization can utilize across the healthcare portfolio.
β’ Take responsibility for the technical success of key healthcare clients, acting as the main technical advisor throughout their UiPath journey.
β’ Provide proactive technical direction to enhance automation and Agentic AI programs, assisting clients in broadening their vision of the capabilities of the UiPath Platform while promoting measurable adoption, business results, and value realization.
β’ Evaluate client environments, pinpoint technical risks and opportunities, and autonomously initiate actions that result in accelerated adoption, diminished risk, and quantifiable business value.
β’ Direct platform architecture, infrastructure planning, deployment strategies, upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting efforts.
β’ Perform technical health assessments and maturity evaluations, discovering opportunities to enhance scalability, governance, reliability, and adoption.
β’ Provide technical advisory services while also delivering hands-on support, solution development, proof-of-concept generation, troubleshooting, and code reviews when necessary.
β’ Collaborate with client technical teams to design solutions utilizing automation, AI, orchestration, integrations, and emerging agentic capabilities.
β’ Work closely with Product Support, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Solution Engineering to tackle complex customer challenges.
β’ Partner with relevant UiPath Infra and security teams to uphold AI governance, security, and compliance considerations, particularly for healthcare clients.
β’ Educate customer stakeholders on UiPath best practices and emerging capabilities through workshops, presentations, technical reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
β’ Stay up-to-date on advancements in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, automation technologies, and healthcare industry trends, assisting clients in translating innovation into business outcomes.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Software Engineering, or comparable customer-facing technical roles.
β’ Direct, hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform.
β’ In-depth knowledge of enterprise automation technologies, software development methodologies, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture principles.
β’ Practical experience in building agentic or LLM-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, tool/function design, agent orchestration, and output validation.
β’ Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues, navigate uncertainty, and create innovative, practical solutions to challenging client problems.
β’ Experience balancing technical advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution, including troubleshooting, development, configuration, or solution design.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities with the capacity to clarify complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
β’ Established ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and see work through to completion with minimal supervision.
β’ Familiarity with fast-paced, rapidly changing technology environments.
β’ Strong customer-facing consulting skills with an emphasis on building trust and delivering measurable results.
β’ Automation-first mindset with contributions to reusable assets, best practices, and overall Client Success team enablement.
