This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee intricate, high-value global accounts, advising on multi-product strategies and facilitating integrations within multi-vendor settings.
β’ Enhance delivery frameworks and guarantee operational preparedness, establishing a benchmark for proactive team engagement.
β’ Serve as a discerning advocate, balancing client requirements with the internal roadmap to ensure clients feel acknowledged while sustaining a viable partnership.
β’ Actively contribute to the development and testing of innovative AI-driven tools, providing essential feedback loops to ensure AI-generated insights meet enterprise standards.
β’ Function as a Cluster Lead and mentor, creating training materials, eliminating obstacles for colleagues, and offering hands-on assistance during critical escalations.
β’ Spearhead internal initiatives to boost team efficiency, operational uniformity, and technical preparedness.
β’ Represent Ping Identity at regional events and influence Engineering and Product teams cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience.
β’ A minimum of 7+ years in an enterprise customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services, with a demonstrated history of managing complex global enterprise accounts.
β’ Extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity field, encompassing Zero Trust architectures, secure cloud implementations, and the integration of identity within broader security frameworks.
β’ Proficient in leveraging AI productivity tools as a catalyst for enhancing operational efficiency, simplifying troubleshooting, and improving intricate customer reporting.
β’ In-depth expertise in Identity Management, Access Management, and Federation within multi-vendor ecosystems.
β’ Proven capability to convert complex business needs into operational technical strategies for executive (VP/C-level) audiences.
β’ Strong mentorship and leadership abilities, with a track record of fostering the professional development of colleagues.
β’ High technical integrity and the capability to manage sensitive, high-pressure escalations involving executive stakeholders.
