This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Support customers in setting up their accounts and resolving technical challenges that necessitate web development expertise
• Act as a primary technical resource, addressing urgent issues promptly while creating documentation to empower customers to self-solve in the future
• Diagnose and fix customer technical problems
• Assist customers with product setup and configuration guidance
• Address urgent matters swiftly and ensure their successful resolution
• Create and update help documentation for frequent issues and standard setup processes
• Report bugs and product concerns to the engineering team with detailed reproduction instructions
• Solid understanding of web development principles: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DevTools, basic networking, and web vitals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Patient and customer-oriented; capable of clearly communicating technical ideas to non-technical users
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Experience with Shopify is a significant advantage, particularly with Shopify themes
• Previous experience in a technical support or solutions-oriented role
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation intended for public use
