This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage technical inquiries and incidents within the 2nd Level Support team.
• Analyze and resolve intricate issues concerning: Domains & DNS, Hosting, Email services, and Web technologies.
• Take charge of escalations from the 1st Level Support and ensure they are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and domain registries.
• Document solutions and actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes and service quality.
• Provide customer support through chat, email, and phone when necessary.
• Aid in project implementation and coordination.
• Engage in cross-functional technical projects.
• Native or equivalent-level proficiency in German (both written and spoken) – essential.
• Fluent in English – essential.
• Commercial or technical diploma in IT or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a technical setting.
• Strong customer-oriented attitude.
• A genuine team player with exceptional communication abilities.
• Organized, structured, and detail-focused work approach.
• Quick learner with a strong technical inclination, especially in web technologies and website design.
• Familiarity with CMS systems (WordPress) is an advantage.
