• Engage in cross-functional projects that enhance global recruiting infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment within a reputable, rapidly growing, high-standard technology or product company.

• Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or other product-oriented organizations is a plus.

• Ability to think critically and assess the needs of hiring managers.

• Proficient daily use of AI for sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting purposes.

• Strong understanding of product concepts.

• Comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition fundamentals.

• Creative and curious in applying contemporary recruiting methods.

• High level of initiative, a proactive approach, and the ability to influence stakeholders to attract exceptional talent.

• Comfortable working in an ambiguous and urgent environment within a fully asynchronous, remote-native setting.

• Genuine interest in financial technologies and cryptocurrency.
